A good feature would be to have users required to change their password when they login for the first time, or after their password is changed manager side.
It has not been implemented. We work around this by having a manager physically instruct and observe new hires changing their passwords.

As a followup, a more clarified feature request would be to allow manager to force users to reset their password upon login. This keeps manager from directly knowing password, and allows employee some security and control over their account.
