OpenTimeClock support.

I have paid for this application now am worried because support seems to be not so good... on two occasions, I was chatting with a help desk agent and was told my issue was being logged and they would get back to me but nothing happened, I did not even receive a ticket. It would be great if a response would be given within a reasonable amount of time if a request cannot be implemented.

Same problem...although a ticket was created I haven't heard from anyone in several days.
